CB12245AJ Battery Charger
CB12245AJ is a charging and testing unit which can be integrated with a controller via the protocol CANbus J1939. Thanks to our Battery Care philosophy, this device optimizes the battery life.

Battery Care
The automatic multi-stage charging system and the real-time diagnostics guarantee a fast recovery of almost discharged batteries.
This is called the IUoU + Recovery system.
The 4 charging modes are:
- Recovery, pulse charging
- Bulk, charging at constant current
- Absorption, charging at constant Voltage
- Float, charging at constant voltage and maintain battery at 100% charge condition
The result is a longer life batteries.
The "Power Supply" function
The Power Supply function allows you to power the controller or the connected load even in case of battery disconnection and breakage.
At the same time, the device signalizes the battery fault by blinking Led and relay. This features provides additional system reliability.
CANbus J1939 Protocol
The CANbus J1939 communication allows you to monitor more than 50 parameters concerning the battery charger, the state of charge and possible faults in the system.
It is possible to monitor, configure, record events and receive alarms from the CB12245AJ and connected batteries.
Connection to the DPY351 Remote Controller
The CB12245AJ can be connected to the Display DPY351 through ADELBus (J1939 CANbus protocol). The DPY351 allows to monitor, set up, receive alarms, data log and register events remotely thanks to the Ethernet connection. It is possible to manage the battery charger system in remote sites.
